Gotcha! Thank you. I installed mirror extenders a couple years back. Bought a generic set for amazon.ca for $15. Difficult to find because the threading is not always listed in the details

Really???!! What is the diameter of your throttle grip flange? When I installed the Atlas, the throttle flange was binding against the Atlas not allowing the throttle to return to home position. The atlas is a stack of steel plates riveted together with the last 2 rounded. The throttle...

…..hmmmm. How did you figure out the turbulence was caused by the mirrors? I’ve had my C400GT since 2019 with just over 31K kilometres clocked and have not experienced turbulence from the mirrors. Please elaborate as I’d definitely like to learn about it

I ordered and attempted to install. Does not fit because of the grip flange. Atlas is limited to 2” of smaller. Flange is 2-1/4” on the C400’s. I have asked Atlas to update their fitment page…..nothing yet. Don’t waste your time

Much safer using the center stand which I’ve done numerous times. Safety first.

Definitely worth it!! Pls read my comments from the beginning of the thread

BMW also sells the cable for $20CDN 83300413585 REPAIR CONNECTOR-3 POLE Good luck!

Yup. Stainless steel vs titanium I am liking it. C400GT seems more responsive on the flats and climbs steep grade hills without ‘petering’ out. It just wants to go.

It’s been a few years since I bought my 2019 C400GT but I do remember the dealership offering a 10% discount on riding gear. Discount offered may vary from dealership to dealership. Never took advantage of the offer as I already had what I needed.

I have the 2019 C400GT. It was the same for me with Akoprovic not listing one for my specific bike. I just ordered the one listed for the C400x

I finally decided to upgrade my stock muffler with an Akoprovic exhaust. I patently waited for 2-1/2 months to take delivery. I could’ve ordered from the USA but at greater expense….import tariffs into Canada. Installation took all of 10 minutes. The most difficult part was the installation...

BMW also sells the cable for $20CDN 83300413585 REPAIR CONNECTOR-3 POLE Easier to buy local vs waiting for the mail.

I own an Apple iPhone 12 Pro which I have mounted on my C400GT but purchased an inexpensive 5-1/2” Motorola Android phone for $125 Works great and not worried about it getting stolen or vibrations destroying the camera. Phone is setup to connect to my hotspot. Buying a tablet SIM is an option...

Thu is the one I have installed on my C400GT https://www.wunderlich.de/shop/en/bmw-c-series/c-400-gt/product-news/wunderlich-universal-device-carrier-21095-102.html Downloadable instructions will show how it’s mounted. I don’t suggest the cheaper Chinese copies available. Poorly made -...

Bill, You should consider purchasing a heated jacket liner. I purchased one last year for $200CDN https://fortnine.ca/en/venture-heat-98-6-e-jacket-gt-12v-heated-liner It’s given me the courage to go out riding when it’s as cold as 3C or 37F. It’s definitely the best purchase for me.

Just got to make sure your Scala is not paired to your smart phone. If it is…..delete the Bluetooth connection

Riding season has started in the Vancouver BC area. A friend and I took advantage of the good weather a couple weeks back and rode the last 70km of a 225km ride on country back roads with little or no street lighting. I have 2 pairs of Rigid Ignites mounted a few inches above the front axle -...

Gotcha! My 2019 C400GT has self cancelling turn signals. I remember reading in the manual mentioning the dealer can modify tye settings Good luck!

Please explain ‘comfort turn signal’ TIA

wspollack, thank you for the wealth of information. I did not realize there was dedicated BMW C400 Kaoko YouTube video. Your opinion comparing the Wunderlich vs Kaoko is extremely valuable. I will need to read and digest.
