Yes - That's what I I had to do the first time I fueled it, is removing those screws. Thankfully the driver is included in the toolkit from under the seat.

Yep - In the span of 5-7 seconds I turn off the bike, on the kickstand, and the door won't open. Started and shut-off the bike multiple times (maybe 20) and also made sure the bike lock was disengaged as well. I was told by the dealer to even hold the key close to the bezel under the handlebars...

2024 C400GT, won't open the fuel door. When I first bought it, it would not open so I took it back to the dealer and suddenly it started working. Fast forward 6 months and again its stopped working and I cannot open it. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks
