    New member welcome thread..

No, but I'm eyeing something like a Triumph T120 or Speedmaster for those types of trips. I don't feel like I need a touring bike for the types of trips you cite.

    Fantastic Tracker - Monimoto 7

What a great little device! No need to hard wire and batteries last up to 12 months. Fits very nicely into the slot above the phone compartment. Unless you are intimately familiar with this bike, a thief will not know a) that compartment even opens, b) the compartment won't open without the key...

Using a RAM® Torque™ Small Rail Base mount on the mirror stem, together with a RAM® Power Plate™ III Universal Magnetic Holder , I attached my radar detector and plugged it into the 12V outlet via an adapter that takes it from the car charger plug to the smaller outlet on the bike. Available Farkles for CE-04

RAM Mounts responded to my inquiry and said this is about the only thing they currently have that would work (by attaching to rear mirror stems) is this: Torque Small Rail Base I also submitted a request that they make one to fit over the two brake reservoirs.

    Available Farkles for CE-04

Anyone found any accessories for the CE-04? I'm specifically interested in small tail bag that can hang off the back end over the rear fender. I've seen some bags for the bike but they are either mounted to passenger area or to the side. Also, any RAM type mounts that will work on this bike?

Where do I post about my BMW CE-04?

Just picked mine up today (avantgarde model). It did not fail to impress. I bought mine mainly for commuting to/from work, which is only 6 miles each way. So, I figure I can get away with charging it once per week most of the time. Nice thing is my employer has charging stations where we can...
