This is what I got back from my dealer.

Hi David, we reviewed both a 2024 and a 2025 C400GT scooter that we have on file, and it appears the owners manuals have not be updated yet to reflect that for the 2025 model the dash UI has been updated, and there is...
I think you got it the first time which was major-major helpful to me and greatly appreciated. First I when down and shook the case by hand and it did rattle. I had some rubber squares I could squeeze under the case in the the front and took it for a test yesterday evening. The rattling was...
I also have the 2025 and there is no Urban Screen. Hey, I just posted about my bike having a rattle in the front. Would you take a look and tell me what you think?
So far this bike has exceeded my expectations, more so after fixing some comfort issues. However, one thing I have noticed from day one is excessive rattling which comes from the front end. I would swear the windshield was loose, but everything seems locked down tight. My bike just had the...
I feel your pain. Such a great bike with one big problem.
I have a helmet hook that goes on the end of the handle bar so the helmet space is available for storage. It has a hole to run a lock through. Especially useful when getting gas. Good luck. I will keep an eye on your posts.
My...
Have you tried removing the lumbar support and covering the hole and using an AirHawk cushion, which is also an enhancement. The back part of the AirHawk covers the bulky middle piece that holds the lumbar support pad. This give you much more space. If you still need back support add a Utopia...
Nice Post. "Yes you can remove the back rest without removing the seat" I think you are implying this but does that mean you can also install the backrest without removing the seat? Andy seemed to think so but they never actually did. I think Andy is saying he was not aware of this problem...
I contacted Utopia related to the need for addition support to prevent flexing and if the seat needs to be removed. This was their response:
David,
Thanks for your business! We have not heard of any issue like that . Would you be able to send me a link to his post about this concern...
The above process did not work for me because it left the remaining backrest too hard against my lower arthritic back. I took out too much padding because I did not know there was a protruding piece of hard plastic projecting off the back cover of the backrest making sort of a club pattern...
I sort of got a funny look on my face when I first started the bike, like what is going on in there? Not a like something was wrong just not very BMW sounding. Seems to have settled down after 300 miles and now has a great sound.
The 1" cut was noticeable but not good enough. I had an additional 1 1/4" cut making the total cut for the back point 2 1/4". All of it on the top. The guy did the touch up for free even though the 1st time he did what I asked. He said he could not go further and it was easy to understand...
Thank You. Missed in the Owners manual twice on page 153 it specifically reads to only use the power socket in the right hand storage compartment for charging the battery. Although on the 25 it is on the outside underneath the right storage compartment. I sold my Optimate 4 to the new owner...
It is hot. I tested with a adapter from my Grand America I was able to find. That is a good point about it might be the dealer. Definitely not going to shove a battery tender into it until I can confirm. Will make life easier.
