It is located under the right side storage. Inside the Storage on the Left is the USB C power plug, and a second in the trunk. But I am confused by this one since there is no mention in the manual. I have ordered a USB C 30W PD3.0 Fast Charger Din to USB, Hella Plug USB Adapter, 18W QC3.0...
I was surprised to see this. I have read the manual but went back and double checked. It is shown in one picture but not identified. I am hoping someone has more information. The K1600s have these and they were great for keeping the bike charged or having extra USB outlets.
If it keeps acting up I would be leaning toward a defective Optimate3. They are a premium brand that specialize in compatibility. I did buy a backup battery just to have in the house so if it acts up again I can run comparison tests.
Yes, I do like the X seat better. And the overall looks. Not available US. I also had the 650 Burgman and just removed the butt bumper and was perfect. On the GT (2025 at least) the butt Bumper is covering a high solid bar under the seat which will break your spine on a bad bump. I did...
The one adjustment I had to make almost immediately is to trim the back support piece held by three screws under the seat. I have lower back arthritis and it was hitting it dead on. I took it to an upholstery person who has worked on another seat for me and he shaved about 1" off the top. It...
So I have this figured out. I did indeed drain the battery by leaving the key next to the bike. Having had a GTL and a Grand America prior to this scooter, and being on forums for years, I have not come across this, although I understand it is logical. But I would at least expect it to take...
They said it was delivered the day before from Germany. It was not on a tender at the store. But I have put at least 120 miles on it since bring it home without a problem. That should have brought it back to life.
I did not know I would be doing this so soon. So last night I put the bike on an optimate3 charger and this morning all green and ran a few errands on the bike and was playing with it for about an hour and left it outside with the keys hanging off the handlebars. The day got away from me and...
Right. Pearl White but the first time I saw it in the store I said out loud, that looks gray. And in the sunlight more so. Sort of a cream gray or ivory gray if that makes sense. I like the color, but there is nothing to suggest diamonds like a metal flake, from what I can tell.
My first 100+ miles have been great fun. It was not an easy decision going from a K1600 but even after this short time I could not go back. The biggest thing is how dramatically easy it is to drive without any loss to everything I love about riding a bike. The power off the line was a big...
Special Shout-out to A&S Motorcycles in Roseville, CA for exceptional service. A very large dealership that makes you feel like you are the only person in the store. It is funny to me how after so many bikes I became and continue to be so excited about this one. We are expecting mid 70s...
Hey, I get it. I have a fairly new BMW 430i convertible and I live in fear of the warranty running out. I am basically against extended warranties but when it comes to BMW's I think it is required. It makes sense the hourly rate would be the same regardless of the complexity, but BMW begins...
Actually, as a person who does not enjoy working on bikes, I kind of get it. My store sells four different brands. Those are some decent skills and I doubt the shop can fill those positions without decent pay. And the price they charge for a scooter is the same as a K1600. Unfortunately no...
