When you are working on you Scooter, do you use a NM torque wrench when tightening the screws on the body panels? Or just tighten till it feels right?

Has anyone installed the Wind Rider Seat Cover to their C400GT? If so, did you have to remove the seat completely? If you did, did you remove hinge from seat, install cover then put hinge back on? I know you have to remove back rest but that looks easy enough.
