2017 C650sport headlights go crazy.

There are four bulbs, two T10 and two H7, it happened that one H7 goes on even the engine is off with the key removed. One T10 didn't light up under any circumstances, one T10 lights up when the side stand is raised and the engine started, but doesn't light up when the key is turned to ON position which normally it should. Only
one H7 works which is the high passing beam. What is the reason

Sounds like a fuse problem what yr. is your bike???

Symptoms like these are often caused by poor grounds, so I would check the one(s) to the headlight fixture.

Where is the main negative tterminal located? It seems not possible to check individual wires, since they are wrapped up

Not sure how the ground is supplied to the headlights, sorry! I would probably just start to look around, take off some plastic, and hope to spot a ground wire.
The main negative terminal is of course the '-' cable that is attached to the battery, but this will not be the problem, as much more would not work right if it would be that main connection.

Yep, relay is the issue. Replace.
