The windshield on the 2025 is different than previous versions. It is fine, but I quickly started searching out an aftermarket windshield. I bought one from CalSci that they thought would fit a 2025 but did not. They updated it for me and and it was pretty good except I found it too tall. I had it cut down maybe 2 inches by a place in Hayward, CA that matched all the lines perfectly. BELL PLASTICS. It was a little expensive at $125 but if you live in the Bay Area it is worth the trip. This small out of the way shop is very interesting.

New member about 2 weeks ago. New '25 C400gt on 5/31/25. First post! Been researching new w/s too, how about more details like your height, pant's inseam size, which w/s you ordered w/ht size too?

I saw a post this 1st time I viewed this site /b4 coming a member. I saw a post from a guy that had a rattle near or on the stock w/s. ?? Mine has a rattle also, tracked it down to when the w/s is at the high level and seems to be at the raising handle area. I tapped the w/s edges until the rattle went away, then put pressure on the handle and that stopped it too. So maybe both areas are causing the rattle.

I'm diabetic and it's lunchtime so got to go. Next post maybe this p.m. will be on the new member's intro site.

I had a CalSci windshield on my 2023 C400gt. I cut the edges on it to fit my hand guards. Spoke with the guy who makes them. He would have cut it for me but I decieded to do it myself. It turned out pretty good. If you know what height you need I'm sure he would cut it for you. The thing is with that adjustability I wonder if you need one as tall as on the old model?

I have been out of town. 6' 195lbs inseam 30". I did not like dealing with CalSci but their windshield also diminished the rattle as well as providing me with better wind control. Before I had it cut the shield was too heavy to keep in the up position, or at least until you hit a bump. They may have made a few adjustments since mine, being the first, did not line up perfectly. And maybe they better understand the weight problem. They also included additional hardware I did not need. If you can figure out what you want I am sure they will custom cut if for you. There are two windshields and mine was not the Sports model. Call them and they will give you all the information you need. The owner will likely answer the phone.

Not sure if these will help. Basically a Cal-Sci shield, that had two inches cut off the top and reshaped more like the OEM shield. I would not mind if it was shorter but cosmetically only because it provides good coverage for me a 6'. The measurement from the bottom middle notch to the top is 21.5" Left to right at the bottom is 23.5 but that is with the tape measure wrapped. The top is 21.5"
It was cutting two inches off the top that stopped the falling when in the up position. Just looked at the pictures. Not great. I could but markers on the top, left, right, bottom,

If I remember correctly the choices were sport and regular. They recommended regular. I am a little unclear about this. However, either way, I would always order the largest, at least in most cases. Coming for a GTL and GA I a big shield.

Originally they were selling the same one they had for many years because they did not realize it changed in 2025. I was the first to order one. This is where things started to go downhill with them. They had to do some research, thinking I was wrong, then eventually agreed, and I returned it. They had a quick turn around but it was fine. One hole was a little off but workable. The thing that made things hard is they seemed consistently annoyed that I was bothering them with this problem. I am guessing that after my shield they started a new line, because it reads "new" now on their website, and maybe made additional modification. It looks like they now have large/medium instead of sport/regular. They would be happy to talk to you about everything, The owner typically picks up the phone and is happy to talk. Super nice until he wasn't.

After reading and re-reading every windscreen post I could find I ordered the Calsi 'new' 2025 Medium version size. I'm 5'10" with a 31" inseam and I used their height vs inseam chart knowing full well that this choice would have a 4" higher screen than my stock '25 C400gt screen. With the stock screen my eyesight was about 3/8" over the top.
I have never liked looking thru a cycle screen! But I talked with the owner and he gave me some options if I did not like the medium screen. The Calsi screen came with new screws and rubber bushings. It was a bear to get all 4 screws in at one time so I backed the 3 screws out until they only had a thread or 2 in the bushing then #4 went in with a bit of jiggling. You WILL cross threads on screw #4 if you don't have a lot of slop. Then screw in all 4 a couple threads at a time while giggling the w/s to allow the bushes to move a bit while going around screws 1 through 4 several times until tight.

So..now I LOVE looking thru this screen! I don't even realize the screen is there. Plus I will probably never raise the screen to it's second level. The airflow around me barely touches my elbows, I always wear a helmet but I tried once and felt no air hitting my hair. Plus the stock w/s rattle/noise noted by me and another poster can't happen now. Bonus!

I had one of there screens for a long time but just replaced it with a Givi. Had no issues with the Calsi just wanted a change.

Has anyone tried the Wunderlich? Seems to be much more stock looking and fits the lines of the scooter better. Wondering if it actually performs any better.

Just to be clear, I don't have a '25 C 400 GT, but I had a Wunderlich Marathon windscreen on my '22 C 400 GT, and moved that over to my current '23 when that replaced my '22.

The '25 version of the Marathon looks pretty close to the one I have, which is why I'm commenting here. So, FWIW (if anything):

On my non-'25 models, I like the Marathon, in terms of both looks and functionality. It's wider than the stocker, and although it does not have the pronounced "flip" at the top of the stocker, the Marathon's curve up top seems to move more air, and a little higher.

I didn't really mind the stocker much -- and I had three weeks of riding a rental C 400 X in '22 and '23 -- but my wife, as passenger, felt that it resulted in some buffeting out back. She said the Marathon did away with most of that.

I'm a "look over" rider, not a "look through" one, and the Marathon is no exception for me. It is virtually the same overall height as the stocker, but, as I say, wider and with a different curve to it.

I've become pretty familiar with aftermarket windshields over the years -- I've had aftermarket windscreens from Aeroflow, KlockWerks, Clearview, National Cycle, and Madstad, and also Laminar Lips on a couple of bikes -- and I have no complaints with the Marathon. On the other hand, I had never heard of CalSci until some posters here mentioned the company, and all of those folks seem to have pretty nice things to say about the company.

Good luck in your quest.
