I happened to order this 150-piece assortment of "Flexible Rubber Plugs" the other day: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0G4K9N4QQ
It turns out that the 18mm plugs (which are interspersed with the 16mm ones, in the case they come in) ...

... fit snugly in the recesses in the brackets that the four windscreen-holding screws are in:

At least this is the case for my '23 C 400 GT. (I don't know about the '25 model of the scoot, as the whole windscreen is now reworked, manually adjustable, etc.
I think this looks nicer than the stock view of the recesses and the heads of the Torx screws. Plus, I figure that the increased aerodynamic efficiency is good for another 5mph or so at the top end (although I haven't actually tested this theory out yet).
