6200km %93 battery capacity

Hi there. Today I get my firmware updated to the latest one. In settings menu now I can see battery life. It’s %93 and my bike is at 6200km. Is it normal?

I charge with public AC chargers with a three phase cable. I always charge up to %100 at max speed. (I have quick charge option on my bike. )

Hi you may want to try to charge at a lower amp like 6 amp do it for at least 3 to 4 times and let your CE04 cool down before 2 to 3 hours before charging it.
Sometime it's recommended to charge at a slow pace it help the battery.
I have about the same amount of KM and since I charge at 6 amp the battery seem to be stronger to keep it's charge in town I get up to 130 to 140 km range, for sure I drive slow (speed limit) but it work.
Cheer hope it help, and don't forget we have 5 years warranty on the battery and with in 5 years if your battery goes down 10% they suppose to change it.

I get 125km if I ride it like 50cc scooter. :)
Battery warranty changes from country to country I guess.
My battery certificate says 5 years/40000km below %70 is covered.

what is your bike's software version?
 
We have shared in our instagram page today to prevent people to update to latest firmware in Turkey.

There are some issues with the latest firmware released. We are not an authorized service for this know-how but its better to keep your bike safe for a while.

If the firmware is 014 013 030 then you already have the latest one.
As I said I am checking all the forums and today I saw around 7 8 examples for some errors we dıd not see before.
 
Hm... I have just 2000km and 97% battery health. I always charge on 30A up to 100%.
Can anyone share your results of battery health and current millage? As far as I understand not the entire battery capacity is provided to us. In other words, our battery works in a range 0-80%. Am I right that I should not see any impact on range until my battery health is above 80%?
P.S. As a side note I have my scooter produced in March 2024, purchases in August 2025. So it is 2.5 month of usage only, but originally battery health was 100%

Hello my ME04 is a regular no high capacity charging one I've brought mine in 2023 the most problems I have is the software issue were it goes wild.
Try to recharge your at 6 amp the slower mode and see what's the range you will get. I personally get great range wet recharching in a slow mode.

I personnel charge for best result at 6 AMP. I get the best region the battery is good.
 
Update: 11000km, %91, latest software

After full charge, my battery drops to %90 in 2-3 km.

My phone has better battery management.

Hello everyones my unit sometimes stop charging for whatever issues with the software, so when this happen I change the amp limit and restart the charge up to 100%
And again as I said before a charge at 6 amp gives the battery the time to reset its neutrons. It's on those charges that I get the regen limiter when the battery is fully charge. I at 12200 km I do about 4000km per years.
