I am riding Ce04 in South Korea.

Please check if others are the same. Because of this, the battery is 80% charged.

My guess is that this code (0701) is related to the locked-down "low-output" variant of the CE 04 that is sold for markets that have multiple tiers of motorcycle licensing.

For example, in the EU the BMW CE 04 is sold with 130km (80 miles) of range for the A2-compliant model and 100km (60miles) for the A1, 125cc equivalent. To my knowledge, the hardware is the exact same, but limited in software and unlockable by the dealer.
