Almost newbie in TX

I am wiring funds tomorrow to purchase a 16 GT in FL. It has 2K miles an Akrapovic exhaust and Corbin seat to boot. I think I got a pretty good deal on it. I won't get it for about 3 weeks but I am excited. I have had a couple Burgman 650s in the past and after riding my VFR 2 up in stop n go traffic I decided it was time for another one.
 
I'm curious as to how they got a Corbin on a '16 model. When or if you already got it can you send some pictures? I've been talking to Corbin and they only have 2012-2013. Part #s for 2016 are different, but perhaps they're minimal differences and you have one from the older models. BTW, I too bought a 2016 used. You're going to love it!.

Hey I got your second PM but I could not reply for whatever reason. Still don't have it. I called yesterday. Apparently according to the Sales Mgr. 3 shippers bailed on them. The one who showed came with an open trailer and they do not ship it that way. He says they are backed up and he has 4 bikes coming to TX. He claims lots of snowbirds are going NE for the summer and shippers are heading that way? Not sure I buy that. I did get the title though. :) He claims the scoot is on a tender and in the warehouse safe from the elements. He agrees with me and states it should have been in my driveway 2 weeks ago.
 
No, no scam. Had I bought from an individual or CL, I would have never done it. Comes from a well known dealer in FL that has a couple locations. In fact, they shipped it to their store in Chicago to get it here?? I got the title 2 weeks ago. I got a call last night from shipper. He states he will drop it off today. Now the last I heard from the dealer was last week saying they were shipping it to Chicago. A bit more notice would have been appreciated. He was an hour late but scooter was delivered as described.

I took some pics of the seat. DM your # and I will text them to you tonight. I still can't reply to DM, I just tried?????
