Alternative to separate running lights

The Hexcode GS-911 (not sure about others) has a function to customize fog lights. In that section, you can enable running lights which I did for the front. You might want to consider that instead of installing additional lights.

Is this different than running with high beams? Does this fix the bike from looking like one headlight is out? Any other features you adjust with the the 911?
 
The front indicators are not normally on, so this function keeps them on, which increases visibility. I always run with the high beams on, at least in the day. Using the GS911, I was also able to install the alarm module and program it without needing to go to the dealer. You can do many other things with the GS911, such as bleeding the anti-lock brakes, changing the TFT display, adding new TPMS sensors, etc.
