Ok really me as a bike noob. Is this the standard size for motorcycle 12v ports or is this euro spec. Went to charge my helmet while out and was surprised to find this.

It's a "DIN" plug associated mostly with German Hella as a manufacturer. You might want to try this converter, mindful of amperage draw of what you're charging.

Bmw likes to put those small hole plugs on some of their models. I have spot light that I figure was sold by bmw that fits that hole though not certain what current it draws.

I found mine on Amazon - however a word of caution the BMW port will not allow much over 4 amps of draw then it opens up. It will reset on a re-start. So other than charging stuff it's worthless. I added a SAE connector direct to the battery for air pumps, heated clothing, etc. Here's my thread.
