Bmw c650gt

Hi!
I have a 2013 bmw c650gt and it has been turning off at traffic lights for 2 weeks but sometimes it won't turn off. I took it to the service center but they ignored me because there is a lot of work to be done and they won't take care of it. I want to ask if this has happened to any of you and what the problem could be so I can fix it myself. Thank you very much!!!

First off I would scan the ECU for any trouble codes.
My guess would be an idle vacuum line that has split open, allowing false air and confusing the ECU. I had this happen once, I inspected the hoses and one was indeed split with an opening. Replaced it and it hasn't happened again.

Turning off - how? Does the dash turn off?
Or do you mean “engine stall” but electrics OK?

No, the control panel doesn't turn off, it just turns off when working at traffic lights. You have to always keep the handle charged so it doesn't turn off.
