bmw side bag and after market rear rack?

Anyone get an after market rear rack to connect to the ce04 without modifing it nor the bracket on the optional bmw side bag? I have several givi trunks and would hope one of them would click into place on a givi rack but not looking to cut metal on that side bag bracket to make it all fit together presently.
Supposed to buy the viro topcase that does work with the bmw side bag though am now told the topcase covers part of the rear seat, maybe making it impossible to carry a passenger? Yet to be determined unless others on the forum know that answer.

Well, I realize it says 'bmw' on the label so I know anything for a bmw bike will cost $$$. Though darn, it is expensive. Topcase $744, topcase carrier $132 and adapter plate $120; all bmw parts. The carrier and adapter along total $252 (cheap vs wunderlich rack $400 plus $160 adapter plate ($560 total).
Just not sure I can fit anyone behind me for two up riding if image below is the vario topcase.

I know the Wunderlich is expensive but at least you can have a passenger with you, compare to the BMW solution where you are looking more like a Pizza delivery boy on a Friday night, I don't know what they were thinking when they design this mounting bracket. If you go with a different brand like Givi or Shad you can see if it will fit with the side bag.
Again depending how fast you want it I found that this year was hard to get accessories from the off market in North America for this scooter since those companies carry the main steam for the most sold 2 wheels.
I was looking to get a different top case from BMW in white but with the Wunderlich adapter I was up to 2000.00$ so I didn't want to remortgage my duplex for it...
I brought the back rest from Shad so I stop loosing my wife when I start in the Dynamic mode...
 
Indeed, if my photos are of the viro top case it is butt ugly and what is with that vertical line on top corner to corner? I had hoped it was a 2023 Virgo top case that fit the r1250gs so one could move it from one bike to another.
Back rest good, explaining how you lost your wife while on a ride bad :)
