C400 GT Spare Key?

Just purchased a new 2023 C400 GT which came with one key FOB. Per the manual, it looks like there is a spare key which I did not receive. My question is whether the c400 GT is supposed to come with a spare key or is it something I need to purchase from the dealer? Thanks for any info on this.

Hi. The additional key is not a fob but rather a plastic tab with an RFID chip, paired to your bike, embedded to allow starting the bike if your traditional key fob should fail (e.g., battery on the fob dies, lost). that device can be placed just above your fuel tank, where the plastic cover over the antennae reside. If you have not received this device with the delivery of your bike, get in touch with the dealer. It is a TOTAL pain in the hindside getting a missing key resolved according to another owner on another forum. It should have come in the plastic bag with your manuals, etc.
