C400GT 2023. PROBLEM WITH NAVIGATION

Hello everyone

After a year and a half with a CE04, I have changed it for a C400 GT (due to autonomy issues). Therefore, I know the CONNECTED App since I have used it all this time.
THE problem I have now with my new C400 GT is that the navigation function disconnects after a short time, and I am left with only the voice instructions (since the App works correctly).
Then I have to stop the motorcycle and re-link the phone.
My phone is an iPhone 13, I have it updated to the latest version of IOS, and I have gone to my BMW workshop to have the TFT firmware updated... but there is no way
Does anyone know a possible solution?

I had this issue with my C400gt, back and forth to the dealers and couldn't resolve it. One year later and realised it was the smart lock on my Samsung phone. Set it to disable smart lock when it was connected to bike or car and home WiFi. All works well now.

Very interesting!!, do you mean that when the mobile goes into sleep mode is the cause that it disconnects...??? I'll try it, thank you very much!!!!!!

I have the same problem on my CE04.
When my iPhone auto locks or if I lock it the connection to the navigation WiFi disconnects. The only I have found is to connect the phone to the usb port so the phone doesn’t auto lock.
