Update; Do NOT use the Dr. Pulley clutch without messaging me first. It ended up costing me a new clutch bell (over $300 US) and I ended up going back to the stock clutch. It may not be perfect but sure beats replacing the clutch and bell after only 10,000 miles.

There are a few different thread discussion replacing the OEM clutch with the Dr. Pulley. I've documented my experiences here for those wacky enough to give it a shot :).

Let me know if anybody wants more info, better pics, measurements, etc.

Let me update you all on this.
I have Dr.Pulley’s hiT 302002 clutch installed and ran it for about 20000 km now. The pads are in great condition, and I am a very experienced rider with 300000 km done, most on maxi-scooters but maybe 50000km on motorbikes (Victory cruiser and Triumph Tiger, no sportbikes nor dirtbikes). I am riding quite aggressively but not without merit when on public roads. It is a great product because it improves on following aspects of the stock OEM BMW C650 clutch:
- no vibrations at start
- no floating torque at roll-on or high speed (120Kmh+)
- no quick wear
The only caveat in my experience was strange choice of default clutch springs which took me three attempts to finally resolve.
I would recommend you have BL6-5.2Kg springs instead of BL12-12.5Kg they ship with. Once made this change, very very happy!

I installed a Dr Pulley clutch on my Honda SHi 300 but truth be told preferred the original Honda one. Have not bothered to swap it back yet though, so the Dr Pulley is still ok on that bike. But it lessened my appetite to tinker with my BMW Sport clutch, which to me is pretty much perfect the way it is, stock. Your mileage may vary, thanks for the write up.

Update on the topic - now that the bike has run 82000 kms, it seems like it needs a new clutch bell. Not completely unexpected, given the performance nature of the Dr. Pulley's clutch.
I had strong vibrations with the OEM clutch (at 26000 km) and replacement solved those.
I ride too much, perhaps I need an X-ADV and only change transmission oil but none are sold in Australia.
