Hello
I am not happy with the bouncy front - especially after upgrading and properly tuning the rear with H2 from gear-racing.com
There is simply not enough rebound in the front, and nothing can be adjusted
Has anyone any advice for me? Any existing off-the-shelf upgrades?
Has anybody gone down the path of re-working the forks from its stock non-adjustable state?
I can't seem to locate anything, only washer sets :)

RaceTech is the only option I know of, and it's either going to be a long conversation with them, or you home-brewing some of their components together.

Was disappointed that Teknik didn't have anything to offer, as at least they'd have been in-country for you, Rolla.

Otherwise, what Cessie says, goes, unless some funky Germans have cooked something up out on the racetrack.

I am with a local race suspension specialist now. Will take a month...
This is the only change left to improve the bike, since I am not top-end-hungry, I'm not racing.
I considered upgrading to Aprilia SRV 850 - had test rides twice - but despite better suspension and better (stronger) engine, it has much heavier top, making hard to maneuver in the traffic, and there is a lot of vibration since one cylinder aims up your crotch. Not much space in the underseat because of that (FF helmet does not fit), and you must lift the seat to refill fuel. Chain.
I will let you know how this goes. Maybe one day I will get to the photo resizer so I could also show you. This site allows small photos only, from the 00s era :)

I have had the front revalved by Peter from ProMecha, and boy oh boy...it handles now awesomely
With Gear-Racing Hill rear shock, all I had to do is reduce compression damping a bit, to let front talk to rear, e.g. bike swing under me not lift me, when going over bumps. Very happy now!
