C650GT windshield stuck mid-travel after dead battery - anyone in Seattle metro with a GS-911?

Hi all,

2014 C650GT here. After the battery went dead, the electric windshield is now stuck in the middle position and won't respond to the rocker at all - completely silent, no motor noise in either direction.
From what I've read, this looks like the controller lost its end-stop reference after the power loss, and re-initializing the windshield position needs a diagnostic tool rather than a fuse or parts swap.

I've already tried the basics: fully charged battery, full battery-disconnect reboot (negative off ~15 min, then clean power-up), and holding the rocker in each direction on first boot. No luck - still stuck and silent.

Before I take it to a shop, I'm hoping someone in the Seattle / Eastside metro area has a GS-911 and would be willing to help run the windshield re-initialization. Happy to come to you, buy you lunch / a tank of gas for your trouble, or pay a fair amount for your time.
I'm based on the Eastside (Kirkland area) and can travel anywhere in the metro.

If anyone has run this specific reset on a C-series and can confirm the GS-911 covers it, I'd also love to hear that before I go chasing it.

You can also check with the Motoscan vendor whether their app can do the calibration (my guess is yes) and then purchase the license and dongle, so you can do this yourself, as well as do everything else the app does (similar to GS911 but much less expensive).
