What is the correct information ?
I requested Service Intervals from BMW Motorrad USA. They responded with “…we unfortunately are not equipped to provide this level of technical support from our end.” Then directed me to the dealers.
The closest authorized BMW Motorrad dealer had set my next service for one year or 6000 miles after the running-in check in mid-July 2026.
The BMW manual, (US Model) that came with my 2024 CE-02 Highline package, states every two years.
The next closest dealer mentioned every two years without looking it up.
