CE 04 warning light, after full charge.

Everytime i fully charge my ce04 i get an orange warning light on the dash, no error message, just the restricted charge warning light.
has anyone else had this, the bike has the latest software update. as i used to get the turtle light also,

Is it icon #2 in this diagram by any chance? If so, that's normal: it's just the CE 04 letting you know that you can't rely on energy recovery (regeration) when the battery is full. The light will go away once there is room in the battery to accept the recovery charge. I'm not sure where that number is, but based on other vehicles, it typically disappears at either 95% or 90%.
