I'm 75 and have been and still am an avid Harley rider. I have an '09 Harley CVO Road Glide with all the bags and tourpak in the rear. This thing is quite top heavy and I'm getting a bit weaker in the legs and arms. I have some issues with gravel covered blacktop in parking lots and also straight gravel for bike nights etc.
I've had a "98 Honda Helix CN250 now for several years and the wife and I like it very much, but it's just not able to keep when riding with others with larger bikes.
I just picked up my 2020 BMW C650 GT this past week. It has 7k miles on it and we think it's going to be the one that we ride most this coming year. It's very comfy for the wife, but as she says, she's a Harley snob and anything other than Harley, will be an issue! BUT... She does like the C650 GT and also thinks it will work just fine for us.
After reading MANY reviews and watching MANY videos, I believe that the BMW C650 GT out ways the Suzuki 650 Executive. I would have looked at the Yamaha T=Max and the Honda Silverwing, but they both have foot pegs for the rear and my wife likes the added space that a running board provides. I think the Honda Silverwing 600 would have been a LOT lower and probably easier to self-maintain. But the BMW sure is good looking!!!
Good luck with your next venture into Maxie Scooters. I will say that the later Suzuki's and '16+ BMW's offer the latest advancements for the Maxie Scooters.
