Help with givi topcase install.

Oh! I thought you were having trouble with the underneath bolts!!!
 
Yeah, an old friend just picked it up "cheap" about 2 weeks ago. The right side is totally beat up (duct tape all over, lol). We reconnected at a funeral this past summer and we got to talking and it turns out he used to ride, had a Ninja 1000 but sold it. We never even talked about it again, then he sent me a message the other day and I said I just got a new scooter too. Well, we went for lunch and all that, and about a 60 mile ride.

My wife is really happy because he is now dating another childhood friend of mine that was a bridesmaid in our wedding, but drifted apart, so she gets to reconnect too (and I get a riding buddy).

No, I used a dremmel to open the two holes on the mounting plate by about 1mm. That gave enough play to get the bolts in at the right angle. Locktite this morning and letting it sit overnight.
