While most would purchase the harbor freight lift (too wide and heavy for the area I will have it in (the man cave, a small 10x10 off the side of the garage.) the harbor freight one is 295-395 depending on the sales at the time. the only recommendation is to change the oil in the ram before using.

this one is the Kendon cruiser lift, selling for the 750 range, I found on craigslist for 550, and didn't have to pay shipping. it's narrow, and quite sturdy. I will have to adjust the front wheel clamp, but it's just a tweak as the wheel is about an inch smaller than the holder is for. it still works long enough to get the tie downs on.

Lifts are worth their weight in GOLD for doing any kind of work on a scoot or motorcycle, even for detailing or just keeping the scoot away from mice

My Wife bough me a full size, 7ft tall by 20ft long dual runner, hydraulic lift about 5 years ago and every time I use it, I thank GOD for it.

I got by for years with a Harbor Freight bike jack when I had Goldwings but with the GT and the 1100LT I need something else to get them off the ground. Old knees just down like working down on the floor. I'll probably buy a HF bike lift, I didn't want to when I had 900lb GWs but these two bikes are almost 300lbs lighter. I need to check the width of the HF lift to make sure my Jeep can straddle it since I'd have to put it in the garage where the Jeep goes. It sure is nice to have two bikes now that have single sided swing arms.
