My CE 04 with almost 37.000km has been in the workshop several times because of scraping noises coming from the drive belt area. The workshop cleaned always the drive system and the noise disappeared for a short period. Last year, the retaining bolt of the front belt sprocket broke for the first time (see picture). The workshop replaced the sprocket and the drive belt. Now the same issue happened again last week. My CE 04 is back in the workshop. Has anyone experienced similar problems? What was the root cause?
