I've had some kind of stone shield for just about every bike I've owned after I took my first rock in a headlight and learned how damned expensive it was to repair (1982 Yamaha XJ650RJ SECA). I was waiting for someone to create one for my C650GT and now it looks like someone has heard my silent plea: Dimotiv DMV Light Protective Cover Light Guard BMW C650 GT 12 14 | eBay

Need to order one, but first do a little shopping around. I'm surprised Aeroflow doesn't make one; they're usually the FIRST (they're the ones who made the one protecting my K1200LT headlight).

$80.00 + $30 shipping and handling is a bit steep though (shipping from Taiwan). Can't seem to find a local supplier though.

some of dimotiv's other accessories look great too, been looking at their master cylinder caps. that headlamp protector does look a great item, need to see pic's when yours turns up.

Haven't ordered it yet... still checking to see if there is a cheaper alternative (but not having much luck either).
