My Scoot has arrived!

Very nice 😎. I sure hope you thoroughly enjoy it. As for the washing I just lightly jet wash mine as it gets well messy, I have the C600 Sport and put a mudguard on it as it totally needed it.

Lemon Pledge. Good for the tupperware and windshield. Smells good too. Inexpensive. I've been using the stuff for nearly thirty years on airplanes, boats and bikes.

Anyone know the torque settings for the rear wheel nuts?

Finally picked up my 2017-plated C 650Sport. Highlight package, Anti-Theft Alarm and BM Navi V. Required a Train travel from Melbourne/Vic to Albury/NSW as the best Dealer offer was there. Worth the trip! Enabled me to have a 'spirited' ride home ~ 360 kms about 20kms on dirt - just for the heck of it!
Good break-in ride, bedding-in the brakes and getting myself accustomed to this new ride. Happy happy!:o:):)

Throttle Lock from Tom Dowell (nice piece of engineering!)
louder horn (either Hella or Nautilus Compact)
Shoo-Roos (you guys call'em Deer Whistles)
indicator emblems ex Schroeder
a wind-deflector from MVerholen
and a Givi pack rack.
Shall post picks when all done.

Those "shoo shoos" as you folks call 'em don't work on deer. Hope your critters pay more attention. Make sure you don't put 'em on backwards. That will attract critters.

I've got 'Shoo-Roos' (SHOOwing away KangaROOS) on my R1150GS beemer and for 80.000km here in downunder never bumped into one (a Kangaroo that is). I know, not an 'exact' science, but it's all in the (my) head ....:rolleyes:

I'm not sure what value the Shoo-Roos offer. I've never had 'em on any of my bikes and have never had a kangaroo incident.
 
I've had Shoo-Roos on all my bikes for years and it has been money well spent. In over 40 years of riding in Wisconsin and Georgia, I have never hit a Roo. ;)
