Navigtor GPS mount.

I have only just bought a C650 GT and therefore a complete novice. I intend to mount a Garmin 660 and was thinking of using and adapting a Navigator mount because I prefer a central location. I have seen a photo of the mount but I can't figure out how it attaches to the machine. Does anyone have one or know how it attaches? Better still can anyone post a photo? I would be most grateful! Thanks.

I use the nav mount for my cell phone. you will need to drill 3 holes in the plastic cover and there is a clamp just under the plastic and the mount bolts to it. this is pics of the c600 but I can't see it being different for the 650gt

Thanks for the swift reply. Very helpful. I didn't realise there was a clamp under the plastic cover. The mount on your C600 is a lot different to the one I've seen for GT, but then again so is the plastic cover and I presume the shape of the clamp also. Once I've got it mounted I'll post a photo. Thanks again.

I know you said center mount. I mounted the RAM XGrip to the left reservoir. Then use my Garmin or Samsung Galaxy S4 in the XGrip. I also used a Dremel to notch a channel in the glove box lip to run a power cord from the cigarette lighter ( left glove box in C650GT)
