Other C series resources.

So far, other than this forum, I've been unable to find any other resources out there. Other forums have limited information. There seemed to be a pretty decent one on Google+ started by one of the writers for Web Bike World. Well, that's no more since Google shut down Google+. I ran across a Facebook group for our scoots. What's frustrating is most of the contributors are overseas and posting in their native language. Even when I click on translate, it's hard to understand what is being said.

I also envy the overseas community as there seems to be a lot of mod activity. I saw that a bunch of them have retrofitted Nissin or Brembo front brake calipers for their scoots. I would love to find their source of the adapter brackets and such. While the brakes are ok on my Sport, I'm not really all that happy with the front brakes. I'm used to the initial hard bite of my sport bikes and would want this on my Sport as well.

Here's is the name of the Facebook group: BMW C 650 GT / C 600/ 650 Sport . Just do a search in Facebook and you'll find it.

It's not just German. I see Spanish, Thai, Chinese, etc. So it's frustrating navigating through all the various languages and the translations which don't translate accurately. But so far it's the best site I've found where it's pretty active and you see all the various mods that have been done. Just wish there is an English resource like this and the ability to source all the nice parts the overseas markets enjoy.
