Remus slip-on for Californians?

Hi all, I'm "in need" (j/k, I don't "need" one, I'm just lusting) of the Remus slip-on, but USA vendors are stating:
"CARB:This product is not CARB Legal and not for sale in California"

Has any Californian been able to buy one (and get fitted, or fit it on yourself) since... '19?
