Retrofit heated grips and seat on standard grips and seat model

I'm interested in importing a used c650GT from Italy into The Netherlands, because of the difference in pricing and rust-freeness of the offers there.

Most of the scooters on offer don't have heated grips or seats unfortunately, which I require.

Has any of done a retrofit, and/or how to go about it, and what would be needed aside from the seat, grips, and switch?
