Seat Heater

Hello. I bought a c650gt and noticed that the seat heaters do not work. it shows the icons properly on the display, but does not heat. on the seat where the button for turning on the passenger seat heater is, the warning light does not light up. what could be the problem.? The fuses have been checked and are correct. I don't get electricity at the connector under the seat? Does anyone have an installation diagram for the seat heaters, or perhaps information about which relay (the 3 yellow ones near the battery) goes through that heater? thank you!

I might be having the same problem. My 2019 has a Corbin saddle on it when I bought it but the seller included the original seat. I’m thinking about swapping the seats back to see if the heater works then.

Yes, both front and rear. Plugs into existing electrical wiring.
