I am assuming that your C 400 X has a typical USB-A port in the glove box.

If that's the case, and if I understand your question correctly, all you need is a short USB-A to USB-C cable, preferably MFi certified (which essentially means that it is guaranteed to work with Apple products, although if a USB-A to USB-C cable doesn't specify that, it will probably work ok, anyway). That is, you need something such as this:

I found this via this search on Amazon: usb-a to usb-c cable apple mfi certified 1 foot

(If you'd like to look at longer cables, just omit that 1 foot part.)

Is this the sort of information you were looking for, i.e., did I understand your question correctly?

Notes:

1) For older iPhones such as my 11 Pro -- but NOT your iPhone 16 -- Apple used their "lightning" plug instead of the now more prevalent USB-C port. Thus, in my glove box I have this particular cable: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CFFCDDBQ

2) BMW may have updated its glove box ports in their latest model years from USB-A to USB-C. I really don't know, but most up-to-date products have switched from providing USB-A ports to USB-C ports. But I don't know the model year of your C 400 X; my 2023 C 400 GT still uses USB-A.

3) I noticed that in earlier posts you used both upper- and lower-case characters. I was wondering why you resorted to all caps in this latest post, which is generally used to convey shouting in on-line forums.
