Traded in my 2009 Yamaha TMAX for a 2014 C600, picked it up Saturday. So far I love it. I really loved my TMAX, and if it wasn't the perfect storm of needing tires/brakes/major service I probably would still be driving it. But I good a good deal on the trade, a fair price for the C600 and here I am. So far I'd say the C600 nails all the weaknesses that the TMAX has. It's definitely more powerful, especially once you're moving and need to go from say 30mph to 50mph quickly. It's very balanced, although the engine definitely isn't as smooth, but I'm actually going to put that in the plus column. It's not rough, just rough a little to let you know there's some power there.

One slight negative, I have a Shoei Neotec XL helmet that doesn't fit in the front part of the underseat storage, or at least I can't get it to fit. It fits in the flexcase so it's not a big deal, but just wondering if your helmet fits up front and if so, how what kind/size do you have? You guys with the GT can fit a volkswagen under the seat so I doubt it's a big deal on that.

Also, I'm thinking of mounting a usb port on the handlebars somewhere to power my iphone when it's in the x-grip mount on my left brake reservoir. I know there's a wire under there, and I think BMW makes a connector for it that just has loose wires I could use to tie into an outlet. Is that right?

Last, does anyone have a picture of how the navigator mount connects to the handlebars? Does it require drilling a hole(s)? I'm toying with the idea of mounting an ipad mini with a waterproof case.

My Nolan N44 won't fit unless I take the chin bar off first.
 
Can't you use the accessory socket in the left glove box to power the phone? I bought one of those cheapo cigarette lighter/USB plugs they sell at 7-11, and that's how I keep my phone charged up on rides. Should be a simple matter of routing the cord outside the glove box to the phone in the holder? Since I have a BMW Navigator IV mounted (with the BMW GPS mount) in the center of the handlebar, I've no need to have the phone outside of the glove box. It's paired with the GPS (via bluetooth) and the GPS is paired with both the phone and my Nolan NCOM headset so I can make and receive calls via the GPS unit.

I am also going to get this scooter soon. On the day I visited the dealer, it seemed that my Airoh J106 helmet can fit in the front storage but in side-position placing be it left or right side of the helmet. On top of that, the chin guard must be detached or else, it won't do. Just my 1 cent! Cheers!

It can be done two ways:

1. If the cable is skinny enough (like most iPhone cables), you can get the door closed without too much effort or damage to the cable, or

2. Use a Dremel and grind a small notch in the raised lip inside glovebox and route the cable there.

I use method #1 for my GPS and #2 for my heatroller since it's cable is larger.
