What are new GTs selling for around the US?

If I end up buying a new one, I want to negotiate from a solid position, not a lot of data that I can find (yet) on what actual prices are being met.

What leverage is being seem to add items onto the bike post sale?

Search Cycle Trader for clues on incentives or sale prices. You can get a discount if you are an USAA member, First Responder, or Active Duty Military.

If buying from a dealer it's pretty easy to negotiate the 600 mile service, installed accessories, or even apparel in the purchase price. I believe anything you buy with the bike will be covered by the 3 yr BMW warranty. Getting 10-15% off accessories purchased in the first month after sale is pretty standard - you might get that even without asking.

Negotiated to put $5k on financing to add new loan history to my credit (We don't buy new cars, and rent housing)
$10K final price
-I have a 10% discount on counter purchases thru all of 2019

This is where I started, dealt with a lady there, I do not recall her name, the most I got was an MSRP printout plus tax, title, fees. Didn't feel very appreciated, first service would NOT be free.

Did the $10K final price include sales tax, or was that (another $1,000) extra?

By franchise contract, dealers are not allowed to discount the current model year. That said, the first service, accessories, etc are not restricted.

Bought a 2016 with 2K miles, Corbin Seat, and aftermarket exhaust $6,500 + $499 dealer fee which I wasn't happy about it but it included shipping from FL to TX so I can't be too upset.

Oops sorry, I overlooked you were looking at new ones. Good luck, the dealer by me did not want to come off the MSRP at all.
