Not sure if it will completely reflash but it can do a lot.

It is expensive. There is one for sale on this forum for 75%.

I use Motoscan. Many of the same capabilities but will NOT reflash windscreen (electric windscreen can die if you disconnect battery).

Free download BUT you must buy additional services.

MotoScan it can read & write ECU?

Ive been looking for a while. These can do dealer maintenance work in the ECU, but Im not aware of tools to download/upload the BIN file, and then there's nothing that can provide mapping to the BIN contents beyond that either.

..and the only thing keeping me from a standalone ECU, is you cant get a wiring diagram for the bike.

I would have to document that myself, first.
