Yea, you're right. I'm sure when the thing is back together again.....thinking now how practical they are (its my only other form of transport), relaxing to ride, easy to use, can get more than a weeks shopping, under the seat! Can get me to work in all weathers, well +50mph winds l can't do...

Have had a 650 for two and a half years, off the road at the mo. The cog teeth that comes off the starting motor have, broken off. Not the first problem had with this bike or BMW's representative. The only transport I have, to rely on now, that doesn't let me down, is a 20 year old Italjet...
