Linked brakes are rear activated with front, I don't know of any that work the other way (front applied with rear). My C650 sport does not have linked brakes. BMW RT and Honda ST worked rear with front.

You do know that the TPM that is used by BMW is temperature compensated, the pressure gauges most use are not. To correctly set the pressure follow the manual, your TPM will then read correctly.

Lithium ion or lithium iron? I'm familiar with lithium iron but in a different capacity. They work well but don't like cold weather, you have to wake them up. Charging can also be an issue but if it's specified for motorcycle use I would hope they have that figured out. I'll stick with AGM

I just finished the chain adjustment, uneventful. Stage 2 put the chain in spec. I used the BMW oil which is C-SAF-XO 75/90 Only suggestion I would have is be careful putting the cover on so you don't damage the oil seal. I used an inch pound torque wrench for the hardware. Time start to finish...

Just did my running in service on the C650 sport. Chain sag measures bottom of chain is at arrow indicating adjustment required. Adjustment needed in only 600 miles I'll order stage 2 and keep an eye on it, we'll see.

The C650 sport is still cable, not certain on the GT but I believe that is also cable. No RBW

The 2016 C650 sport uses an OBD connector. It is Can based not K-line so the GS911 is not compatable. I don't know about the new GT's Hopefully Hex will come up with a way to interface with the OBD connector.

There is a calibration mode for the ASC, first I've seen on any BMW model with ASC. The manual explains how, why, when. I have a new C650 sport and don't have an issue with the ASC, maybe the OP just needs to perform the calibration. Before I forget, I picked up a new C650 on Wednesday 7-20, so...
