Another useless BMW dealer......

Booked my Scoot in 3 weeks ago to have the chain tensioner recall done and have the 'Seal Bark' looked into.
They rang me yesterday to say they didn't have all the parts for the chain tensioner, fair enough at least they did ring.
Today I took it to have the noise looked at, they had the bike for 6 hours
Got a phone call towards the end of the day from the dealer.
They agreed that it did indeed make a noise! What experts they are....
Only problem was they didn't have any special tools to strip the transmission so they did absolutely nothing.
I was not happy and told the guy how useless they were!
There excuse was they had never stripped one down, I told the guy that a CVT only has three main parts, a Variator, a clutch and a Belt, not exactly rocket science.....
Going to send BMW a strong email to complain, not that it will do anything but it will make me feel better.
I have stripped several CVT transmissions and it is a piece of cake to do, how difficult is the BMW one to strip?

Can't be to difficult as others on this forum have done it themselves. The time is used to remove the plastic. On u tube dr pulley does it in a few minutes once the plastic was off
