Anyone here on the forum know where the diagnostic port is on the c650 gt? Also, I know bmw makes cable d for ICOM usage. Has anyone here on the forum connected a ICOM or J2534/d through the ista site/stand alone? Any techs on this forum? thanks..

Hi, the c models use the standard diagnostic plug used on all the model range sinse the late 90's. The plug on the c600/650 is under the front of the seat next to the fuel pump flange.they connect to ista and ista-p.

Any chance of you posting a pic? Also, have you been able to connect though the website for diagnostics and updates? Do you have to hit the battery charger just like the cars? I'm sure it must be a similar process to their cars.. And about how many modules does the fully load model have? I have my own cardaq and ICOM that I work on my mini/bmws with... thx

you only need the charger when using ISTA-P for updates and programing. normal diagnosis is safe without. i will post a pic of the ICOM tomorow.
