Dear friends - my 2022 C400GT rebuild is done except for needing to replace the front and rear wheels. Can someone help - do the new wheels (from BMW) come with bearings, or do I need to buy these separately for the front and back wheels? Many thanks to all!
I took a look at the relevant parts fiche at Max BMW's site, and it looks like a strange situation to me, a bit confusing:
BMW Parts for your C400GT (K08) Production: 04/18-05/20 USA

If you look at the FRONT WHEEL diagram, the wheel and the bearings are listed as separate items.
If you look at the REAR WHEEL diagram, there is no listing for any bearings. Is that because the rear wheel is directly driven by the engine, and so doesn't even use any bearings?
Here's a screen grab of the page, after clicking on the FRONT WHEEL diagram, which, you'll note from the slider in the left scroll bar, is about halfway down the various diagrams:
Note that the REAR WHEEL diagram is right next to it.
So, in answer to your question, I would say that bearings are not included with the front wheel and not necessary with the rear wheel.
