The EBC HH brake shoes are closest to original, won't heat fade and won't prematurely wear out the brake disc. Granted, they cost twice what you just posted, but half of OEM, and they are known to work well. EBC also makes an "organic" for heavy stop, go use that are a little cheaper but may make more brake dust and wear quicker. I've always used the EBC when they offer for whatever my current ride is. The pads you suggested may be perfectly fine, I don't know, but I do know from personal experience that some of the cheaper alternatives aren't worth the cost savings. Another option may be the "SUMO" brand, I had excellent service from a set of those on the VTX1800R and they are less expensive than the EBC.

I was just trying to be a bit of help to the group When i need new brake pads i will look into the EBC brand.
As was I, and like I said, they may be perfectly fine, until someone tries them we won't know, but I have used the EBC (and Sumo) and know they work well, and some of the Chinese brands you alluded to are known junk, was just adding my experience to the post. If someone tries the parts you've listed we may have another acceptable brand for less money than the EBC, or another brand to stay away from.....

Well - I’ve recently fitted EBC pads to the rear of my 2013 C650GT. So far, they’re performing fine, no problems at all with the braking efficiency, and no sign of fade. It’s far too early to tell how long they will last, but they’re not exactly expensive, compared with some of the other things that have to be replaced, so I’m not too bothered about that.

hope this helps

I have just over 12.100 miles on the OEM pads n i will NOT pay the dealer that kind of $$$
to install them. My brother has worked on the old silverwings scoots that i had. He said
he will do the brakes i just need to get them. Thanks for the replies.

You can get Brembo pads for the same price as EBC and there's no guessing about how they will perform.

I've heard nothing negative about EBC, though.
