Go Cruise Speed Control for your BMW 650

Hey guys - Since our BMW’s are designed for touring and BMW did not include a speed control, this little inexpensive add-on piece called; “Go Cruise” works really well and in fact better than most other “add on” units on the market.

To engage the cruise - it you simply put your thumb on the Go Cruise "Bump" push down and you’re cruising. The real beauty of these controls is you don’t have to think twice to kick it off, just lower the throttle and its off. You can find them everywhere for around $20-25.

I’ve been using these exclusive on every bike I’ve owned for the past 8 years and would not think of even a day trip without one.

Be Safe - Mike

I have this too, have used it on a number of my previous bikes with success. And thats a nice feature, you can swap it on bikes quickly! But I guess it can also be stolen easily if left on the grip. A friend had his helmet stolen while just going in to pay for gas! Stuff dissappears quick!
Mine works well on the 650GT, and is a blessing on long highway stretches. A real wrist saver. The only negative is that it takes up handgrip space, and my hands are big.

I had something similar but prefer the Kaoko just based on looks. It's a nicely-engineered solution that isn't noticeable unless you're looking for it.

Yup, plus it becomes intuitive after a little bit of use. I did have something similar to the Go Cruise on another bike and found it worked pretty great, too. Personal preference, I guess. For me that's always factory cruise control even with the extra cost. Maybe someday on the super C bikes.

I have the Kaoko on my GT. I like it better than the Throttle Meister on my K1100LT had because the gear shape of the Kaoko is easy to use by just passing the palm of a gloved hand over it. Easy to hold the throttle and snug up the Kaoko
