It LOOKS red in the photos, but BMW identifies that color as "Orange" for some reason. And I still prefer the luggage capacity of the GT.

It's orange for sure. After years of my wife telling me I was colour blind I just told her it's because I don't care about any kind of matching when we go out. Was tested and am in top 10% least effected by colour blindness. So there honey! Just a well she doesn't read this!

I really like the look of the new Sport. Not that I could financially do anything or really want to. Looks like the same color as the F800GT. At 5000+ miles, my bike is now starting to feel like it's breaking in.

I never could figure out why the Sport was labeled "600" and the GT was labeled "650."

I'm a male so I can only recognize seven colors. Never knew what puce or mauve was. Don't think I want to either.

My bike too feels like it's Broken in now with just shy of 17.000 miles on the clock it runs a treat

Yeah, I know. Sorta like the F700GS. Glad they changed it. The Sport is not for me regardless of how much I like the new design as I so much prefer the GT cargo space, etc., but getting more of these on the road here in the USA is a good thing for stateside fans of the bikes.
