Headlight Adjustment

@triangletom recently shared a concern regarding the headlights on his CE04 where adjustment seems to have helped. Does anyone know how to adjust the headlights on the C400GT? If so, can you share the steps here? My high beams are excellent but I would like a little more throw on the low beams.

This -- page 791 -- is the only reference in the shop manual for headlight adjustment. The picture is not all that clear regarding exactly where the adjusters are, how to access them, and how to manipulate them. It appears those aspects are left as an exercise for the reader:

Yup. Definitely needed to read that a few times but it makes sense. Thank you Bill and nice to have you back on this side of the pond.

Please post your results once you’ve adjusted. I’d be interested in adjusting my low beams for increase throw.

The knob is on the left-hand side of the bike at the back of the headlamp housing and is easily accessed by reaching up from below and feeling for it. It can be turned by hand. Turning it anti-clockwise moves the beam up. I've just tweaked mine up a bit because I found it to be a bit low but I'll have to wait until it's dark to see the results.
