Headlights don't go out when I switch off the ignition

Hi everybody,
As in the title, the low beam doesn't go out when I turn off the ignition.
The battery drains itself and I had to remove the bulb in order to keep the battery charged.
Can someone guess where from is the issue ?
Can someone imagine the cost to repair it ?
Thank you, have a nice week

Sounds like a software issue to me. The little parking lights are supposed to stay on for a minute or so after turning off the ignition, but not the low (or high) beam but I am guessing it's controlled by the ECU. If you don't have a suitable code reader like the Motoscan app or GS911 then I suggest taking it to a dealer for diagnosis. Fwiw I have not heard of this issue before.
