How to remove center panel?

C650 Sport: Want to take panels off to have them repainted professionally to change color. All but one came fairly easy off. The center one, with the keyhole. One visible screw on the outside, one screw on the left side when opening up the left hatch. Still stuck on top.

Looks similar to this:

In the picture, the blue panel where the key is.

Any suggestions?

All other panels were uncomplicated. The center panel is stuck on top after the angle, around the keyhole. Already pulled the screws, the one visible outside on the bottom and another inside after opening left compartment. No more screws that I can see. No articles, tutorials or videos about it either. I could use force but something is guaranteed to break.

Considering to leave it on and spray-paint it myself, as it it the least important piece to repaint.
