A couple weeks back bought a 2015 C650GT with 700 miles on it and I'm loving this scooter. So my story goes like this been riding some form of bikes for years but due to my navy career and always moving around I got rid of my last sport bike in the late 90's. Moved to San Diego 7 years ago and about a year ago started to realize that it would be a lot easier to park a scooter when I surf so I bought a Yamaha Zuma 125 and put a surf rack on it and been using it ever since. Then I started to think about my girlfriend living 35 miles away from me and how easy it would be if I had a bigger bike again so I decided to buy a mint condition 2004 Yamaha Road Star 1700 to commute back and forth to her house. I quickly figured out that this bike was to big and bulky for everyday riding and since I loved the ease of riding the Zuma I would start looking at maxi-scooters. In comes BMW of San Diego and the C650GT. As soon as I test drove it I knew it was the bike for me and traded in the Road Star. Comfortable, tons of storage, plenty of power, great gas mileage and no up/down shifting makes this scooter the best for me. BMW products are pricey but with a 5 year warranty ride it and let BMW fix it when the time comes! I will ride this scooter for a long time!
